Announcement of a new program “JF-GJS Fellowship program”

We are happy to announce a new program called “JF-GJS Fellowship program” at Global Asian Studies (GAS) in the Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia (IASA), University of Tokyo. Japan Foundation-Global Japan Studies (JF-GJS) Fellowship program is jointly initiated in 2022 by the Japan Foundation and the GAS Committee in IASA to invite promising young researchers of Japan studies from Asia and beyond. The program aims to encourage and invigorate intellectual and cultural exchange both with scholars in IASA and on a global scale through active participation in the academic activities of IASA.

The following members will join as JF-GJS fellows from upcoming spring of 2023:
